Former CEO

The History of Wetware Services, Inc.

Wetware Services was incorporated in 1995 under the auspices of its former CEO, the brilliant William A. ("Andy") Rundquist III.

Andy created Wetware Services, a successful high-tech consulting business, several years before its incorporation. It was capably powered by his breadth of experience as a Systems Architect, and by his innovative thinking and exemplary technical skills. Andy still holds several patents from his heyday as Wetware's CEO. His groundbreaking signature software product, the Hard Queue Management System, has been running successfully in production at a major U.S. retailer for well over a decade.

Everything changed in March 2005, when Andy fell prey to a near-fatal cardiac arrhythmia that caused severe and permanent anoxic brain damage during the 15 minutes his heart was not pumping blood to his head. Sadly, he is now no longer able to work or run his company. Andy's former spouse and dear friend, Ruth Iverson, has taken up the standard and repurposed Wetware Services, Inc. to once again provide value to its customers, this time in the web design and development arena, a shift in focus to a more user-facing direction.

Ruth has worked for Wetware Services, Inc. in a creative and administrative capacity since 1994 and has been either directly or indirectly involved in many of the company's projects over the years. A few highlights of these projects, associated publications, and patents are noted at right.
